The Red Bridge Cooking School is one of the highlights of the culinary scene in Hoi An. Meet up with your chef and other guests at Hai Café in the Ancient Town for a brief introduction. Take a leisurely walk through Hoi An’s colorful central market with your chef and learn how to select fresh produce and essential ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. We board a boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. It is a great opportunity to observe local river life.

Upon arrival at the Red Bridge Cooking School, take a guided tour of the school’s herb and vegetable garden before starting your hands-on cooking class. After completing the lessons, we sit down and enjoy what we have cooked. Transfer back to central Hoi An, arriving approximately 13.00.
