Begin your day with a visit to Lat Village, located 12 km north of Dalat at the foot of Langbiang Mountain. The village is home to one of the few remaining traditional Lat houses, built on stilts with rough plank walls and a thatched roof.
Continue with a one-way cable car ride offering panoramic views of Dalat’s pine-covered hills, and visit the tranquil Truc Lam Zen Monastery.
After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Bao Dai’s Summer Palace, where you’ll learn about the lifestyle of Vietnam’s last emperor during his summer retreats.
Next, stop at the charming Dalat Railway Station and enjoy a short one-way train ride to Trai Mat Hamlet, passing picturesque landscapes along the way.
Return to the city in the late afternoon, where you can spend some time exploring Dalat Market on your own.
